  Horrible experience waited for 30 mins just to get a glass of water. Did not get plates even after we finished half appetizers. Server told us that plates are being washed. No napkins, no silverwares, got drinks after food was served more than 1 hour later. Its a big NO place.

  To be seated takes about 10-15 minutes, after that you wait about 10 minutes for a waiter to come to you're table, then another 15 minutes for you to get you're drink! This place is a joke! Waiters really don't care in this place and lack in service especially you being in the industry and knowing how great service works! Won't come back!

  My last visit was the worst restaurant experience in recent memory.
  
  First, the hostess was not there to greet us and then after chatting with a waitress, finally "greeted" us but instead of taking our name, I had to suggest taking our name so we could be added into the wait.
  
  When we were sat, our waitress, who was plenty nice, was just a terrible server. It took forever just to get water. And there were 3 other tables in the vicinity and our server made sure to only serve one table at a time. Refusing to make eye contact or respond when we tried to get their attention. Once they finally took care of other tables, who were also visibly annoyed, our server took forever to bring us our unlimited chips. And when we finished one serving, our server removed and did not replace our chips. We had to wait to finally get our servers attention and remind them that we wanted a refill.
  
  At some point we had ordered our dinner. And after 30 mins without food, we started to wonder what was going on. And after our server finally brought us our second basket of chips, we were informed dinner was coming out soon. Fine.
  
  Another 20 minutes passed and no dinner. Our server noticed our chips were empty and when offering to bring us more, casually mentioned that dinner was going to be a while longer. So our server suggested to keep bringing chips while we wait. This was after we were told 20 mins earlier that dinner was almost out.
  
  Now completely annoyed, we waited another 20 mins or so. Food finally came out. When she brought the food, we asked for a check and carryout boxes because at this point we had been there 1hr and 45 mins and just wanted to go home. Our server left to go get our boxes and check.
  
  When we were waiting for boxes, we noticed that one meal was hot and seemed fresh. The quesadilla, however, had clearly been sitting out under a heat lamp for quite a while. Besides the fact that the steak in there was so over cooked, it had gotten hard from sitting out. The cheese was no longer soft. And the worst part is the sour cream on the plate had a solid layer around it as it had started to oxidize from sitting out under the lamp for so long.
  
  Meanwhile, our server had brought out other items for tables around us and took another 15 minutes to bring us a box and a check. We had told our server, before the check came while they were serving other people, that the quesadilla was inedible and we didn't want to take it home or pay for it.
  
  So we finally get our check and our boxes. We box up the meal that was fresh. Our check was charged full price for the chips we ate and the meal we took home, which is fine because we did eat that but at the same time, was disappointing because we had waited so long at that point we figured a big chain like chili's would do it's customer right by giving us some kind of a discount. Nope. Full price. Oh well.
  
  We left and thus ended the worst experience I've had in recent memory.
  
  Needless to say we will never go back to that chili's again.
